- Peel the mangoes and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the mango chunks, water, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.

Notes
For storage, keep the juice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze any leftovers in ice cube trays to use in smoothies later.
