Liquids
  • 1 cup water Substitute coconut water for an extra tropical flair.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Adjust lime juice to taste for a more tart flavor.

  • Ice cubes (optional) Serve chilled over ice if preferred.

Preparation
  1. Peel the mangoes and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, water, and lime juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother texture.
  5. Serve chilled over ice if preferred.

Notes

For storage, keep the juice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Freeze any leftovers in ice cube trays to use in smoothies later.
