  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the fish.
Cooking
